Online Refund Policy:
At EQ Modern Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your online purchase within 48 hours of placing your order, we will issue you a full refund. However, if you cancel after this time, there will be a restocking charge of 50%, or a production fee for special orders. Please note that original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, please be aware that if you purchased a discounted Room Package, we do not allow refunds or reselections on package pieces once any items included in the package are delivered. Additionally, items for special orders are not refundable.
In-Store Refund Policy:

Damage Claims:
If your furniture arrives damaged, please report it to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs so we can arrange appropriate services. For minor damages, EQ Modern Furniture will provide in-home repair service to ensure your furniture looks its best.
